Protest March

10th December 1:00pm
From Balblair sub-station to Phipps Hall, Beauly for Hot chocolate

We want the Scottish Executive to order a Public Inquiry into the Beauly-Denny powerline and have the line buried safely out of sight and away from property and scenic landscape.

There was an extremely good turn-out for the march. Around 400 people were led from the Balblair sub-station by Lord Lovat, after handing over a letter of objection to SSE.

The march ended at Phipps Hall, Beauly where a poster was signed by the marchers for presentation to SSE.

Some photographs of the march.
